High voltage products are vacuum encapsulated with a resin for protection against external environmental stresses such as vibration, abrasion, humidity and salt water corrosion and to provide substantial dielectric strength in a small package.
Improperly designed or manufactured high voltage products will not fail in-house, but will fail in the application.
